Amanda & Nick | Ironstone Ranch | Harrisburg, PA Wedding Photographer

We had the great fortune to travel up to PA for the wedding of Amanda & Nick at the beautiful Ironstone Ranch in Elizabethtown, PA. Amanda & Nick met in college at a toga party. It was a friend of Nick’s that told him that he was destined to marry that girl. And marry her he did!

Nick got ready in the stables at the barn while Amanda was upstairs doing her own prep.

The bridal party rode over to the ceremony site in a horse drawn carriage. How many people can say that! So neat.
The clearing where their ceremony was held was gorgeous! I love how the light just poured in between the trees.

Married! One of my favorite moments of any wedding.

The opening of the after ceremony champagne.

I love a bridal party that just goes with our crazy ideas.

FAVORITE! It really is one of my favorite bridesmaid photos I have ever taken. I was doing my impression of Stef (the one to the right of the bride) and it got everyone cracking up. Thanks Stef for being such a good sport!

Ben’s favorite!

LOOOOOVE! Amanda, you are stunning!!!!!

There’s that horse drawn carriage. 🙂

Oh man. Can’t you just feel the heat between them in the left photo? It just looked like they are breathing each other in. Work it!

The details of the day were stunning. No detail was overlooked and it was evident from all of the personal touches that Amanda & Nick really wanted to put themselves into their big day. Amanda & her mom made jams (Strawberry, Fig, and Hot pepper) as favors. They were kind enough to let us take some home to sample. Let me tell you it is GOOD! In lieu of a guestbook, they had their guests sign a cutting board & bench that will have a permanent spot in their home to remind them of all the love that surrounds them. Nick’s mom made all of the cakes. What a job she did! They were amazing. I love the little gnome figures which even included their dog.

First dance!

Then the party got started.

A little Journey on the left & “Single Ladies” on the right. Yes, that guy knew all of the dance moves. It was pretty awesome.

The evening was capped off with s’mores around the firepit. I mean really how cool is that?!

Congratulations Amanda & Nick!
