One of the reasons we love doing engagement sessions is because it gives us a chance to get to know our clients and allows them to feel immediately comfortable with us when the big day comes. We loved exploring Krystale’s parents property & Mill mountain for their engagement session in the fall. So when Krystale & Austin’s day arrived in early June we were excited to see them again and witness them get married.
Everyone was a ball of excitement day of and Krystale could not stop smiling the entire day (who can blame her!). The transformation as the girl gets into her wedding dress and becomes a bride is one of my favorite moments of the day. Krystale’s dress was jaw droppingly gorgeous and she looked radiant in it.
This was our first time shooting at Bedford Columns and we loved how the ceremony location was set up with all of the columns and structures.
Lots of laughs with this group!
I always love the reactions we get from the bridal party. Priceless.
Then it was some alone time with the newly minted husband & wife. I am obsessed with these flowers & that lamp post behind them. I kept saying it reminded me of some french garden? Anyone agree? No? Well nonetheless it was beautiful.
Snuggle in!!!! Favorite on the right!
Ah, their first dance was so special. It always makes my heart happy to see such love our couples have for one another.
I loved Krystale’s family. They were so funny. And knew how to have a good time (as you will see more of a little later)
The toasts were epic. Lots of good stories & laughs.
Anyone who knows us know that Ben & I love a good cake smash. Someday I will have to share our own epic smash. Krystale & Austin did not disappoint. He completely caught her off guard but she retaliated appropriately.
Then the party started! Austin’s sister having some fun with the photobooth props.
As I mentioned earlier this is Krystale & her parents. Told you they know how to party.
Congratulations Krystale & Austin! Thanks for letting us be apart of your wedding day. Best Wishes for a happy happy life together.
